Ramrsh motherempited a poly pack of pulses into a containor why grains stuck into a polythene and not fall in containor .Give reason

This is due to static force, it mean that , a positively charged object attracts a negatively charged object. In this case, the pulses are positively charged because it shakes inside the poly pack and get charged, and the poly bag is negatively charged. so the poly bag attracts the pulses. that's it !!

This is due to electrostatic force which means that a charged body (pulses)gets attracted to a charged or un-charged body(polysack) so it sticks to the polysack while most of them emptying
