                           = $x^{2}$ + 3x + 2x + 6

Area = L x B

∴The length = x +3

 Breadth = x + 2

Substituting x = 6

Length = x + 3

            =  6+3  

            = 9cm.

Breadth =  x + 2

             =  6 + 2

             = 8cm.
