Answer:

 Given \: 7x - 15y -2 = 0\\ \implies 7x-15y = 2\:---(1)

 x + 2y = 0 \implies x = -2y \: ---(2)

/* Substitute x = - 2y in equation (1) , we get

 7(-2y) - 15y = 2

 \implies -14y - 15y = 2

 \implies - 29y = 2

 \implies y = \frac{-2}{29}

 Put \: y = \frac{-2}{29} \:in \: equation \:(2), \\we \:get

 \implies x = (-2) \times \frac{-2}{29} \\= \frac{-4}{29}

Therefore.,

 \red {x} \green { = \frac{-4}{29}}

 \red { y } \green {= \frac{-2}{29}}
