YES , I agree  the length of the tangent of a circle PA always less than OP where O is center of circle

Let say Tangent touches Circle at A

=> Tangent Length = OA

in Δ OAP

AP ⊥ OA  ( as PA is tangent)

=  OP² = AP² + OA²

=> OP > PA

=> PA < OP
