reservations in job should not be based on any sought of economic status as if government will make this rule applicable then everyone one in the society would not be able to get proper chance for jobs or on other side directly we can say that this will be a part of discrimination for all the people who's economic status is not good specially for the poor people or for them who are being financially not strong and the strong economic people would steel the positions even if they don't deserve that. for eg in government offices the position of IAS officers etc.
