       x/4  =5/4

       y/2

     2x/4y=5/4

    2x=5y  --------------------------eq(1)

so,2x-y=7⇒5y-y=4y=7 ⇒y=7/4

then from eq(1), 2x=5×7/4⇒ x=35/8

now, x/4:3z/4=5:12

         x/4/3z/4=5/12

x/3z=5/12

x=5z/4  ⇒35/8=5z/4 ⇒ z=7/2

now,4x+10y-4z= 4×35/8+10×7/4_4×7/2

                       = 35/2+35/2-28/2
