Ratio of two triangle = 2 : 3
2X : 3X (as X is common digits)
Height is same in both triangles.
Area = 1 / 2 (height x base)
Ratio =
 \frac{ \frac{h \times 6 }{2} }{ \frac{h \times big \: base}{2 }}   =  \frac{2}{3}  \\  \frac{6}{big \: base}  =  \frac{2}{3}  \\ cross \: mutiply \\ big \: base =  \frac{18}{2}  \\ therefore \: other \: base \: is \: 9 \: cm
