Now, We can say that the radii of circles are 3x, 5x respectively,
Circumference of a circle = 2*π*Radius,
Circumference of smaller circle = 2π(3x),
Circumference of bigger circle = 2π(5x)
Ratio of their circumferences = 6πx : 10πx
= 3:5,
So the ratio of Circumferences = 3:5,
