It is very simple question

Your answer is here

Ratio of the 2 houses is = 4:3

And the 2nd house cost price is = 84000

It means that 2nd house ratio is equal to the price of the house

Then

3 ratio = 84000

If 3 ratio is equal to 84000 then 1 ratio is

3 ratio = 84000

1 ratio = 84000 ÷ 3

1 ratio = 28000

If 1 ratio is equal to the 28000 rupees then 4 ratio is equal to......

1 ratio = 28000

Then 4 ratio

4 ratio = 4 × 28000

4 ratio = 112000

1st House : 2nd house = 112000 : 84000

But 14000 increased in the cost of 1st house

Then 112000 + 1400 = 126000

1st house : 2nd house = 126,000 : 84000

1st house : 2nd house = 21 : 14

Your answer is 21 : 14.

I hope it's helpful for you. Thank you
