 \frac{3 +  \sqrt{2} }{4 \sqrt{2} }  \\  =  \frac{(3 +  \sqrt{2} ) \times  \sqrt{2} }{4 \sqrt{2} \times  \sqrt{2}  }  \\  =  \frac{3 \sqrt{2} + 2 }{8}
