Rationalise the denominators of the
following: (i) 2/3√2 (ii) 2/√3​

Answer:

i) \frac{2}{3 \sqrt{2} }  \times  \frac{ \sqrt{2} }{ \sqrt{2} }  \\  =     \frac{2 \sqrt{2} }{3 \times 2}  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{2} }{6}

ii)  \frac{2}{ \sqrt{3} }   \times  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \sqrt{3} }    \\  =  \frac{2 \sqrt{3} }{3}
