To rationalize a denominator with single value, what you have to do it is multiply both numerator and denominator with the number itself.

so here, multiply with 5

1)

= (13 x √5) ÷ √5 x √5

= 13√5 ÷ 5

= 13√5/5

2)

here multiply with additive inverse, = (6+√5)

(6+√5)(6+√5) / (6-√5)(6+√5)

=(36 + 5) / (36-5)

= 41/31
