Here is ur answer,

 =  >  \frac{1}{4 + 2 \sqrt{3} }

 =  >  \frac{1}{4 + 2 \sqrt{3} }  \times  \frac{4 - 2 \sqrt{3} }{4 - 2 \sqrt{3} }

 =  >  \frac{4 - 2 \sqrt{3} }{16 - 12}

 =  >  \frac{2 -  \sqrt{3} }{2}
