Multiply  \sf{\color{navy}{3+{\sqrt{2}}}} in numerator and denominator

 \sf{={\dfrac{{(3+{\sqrt{2}})(3+{\sqrt{2}})}}{(3-{\sqrt{2}})(3+{\sqrt{2}})}}}

 \sf{={\dfrac{9+6{\sqrt{2}}+2}{7}}}

 \sf{={\dfrac{11+6{\sqrt{2}}}{7}}}
