Step 1 - We have multiplied the numerator and denominator by 3√3 -2√5

Step 2 - We have used the identity -

a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)(a-b) for rationalizing.

Step 3 - After multiplying 9 by 3 and -4 by 5 we got 27 - 20

Step 4 - Subtracted 27 from 20 and got 7 as a denominator.

Step 5 - Rationalized √12/√5 - √3

Step 6 - Expand by using -

(a-b)^2 = a^2-2ab+b^2

Step 7 - Solved the brackets and multiplied the numbers.

Step 8 - added 27 with (-20) and got 47

Step 9 - we have written all the numerators above the common denominator.

Step 10 - added the numbers and collected like terms.
