Now ,

(6+√2)/(6-√2)

= [(6+√2)(6+√2)]/[(6-√2)(6+√2)]

= (6+√2)²/[6²-(√2)²]

= [6² + (√2)²+2×6×√2]/(36-2)

= (36+2+12√2)/34

= (38+12√2)/34

= [2(19+6√2)]/(2×17)

= (19+6√2)/17

= (19+6×1.414)/17

= (19+8.484)/17

= 27.484/17
