Question:—

If Tan A=4/3, find the other trigonometric of the angle A.

Answer:—

We know,

Tan = O/A = OPPOSITE SIDE/ADJACENT SIDE

AND THAT BY PYTHAGORAS THM

Hypotenuse² = Opposite Side² + Adjacent Side²

H² = O² + A²

H² = 4²+3²

H = ✓25 = ±5

H = 5 {Length can't be negative}

Sin A = O/H = 4/5

Cos A = A/H = 3/5

Sec A = H/A = 5/3

Cot A = A/O = 3/4

Cosec A = H/O = 5/4

Hope it Helps
