HEIGHT = 3

In a cube   length = breadth = height

                  it must be LCM  of 12,8,3

12 = 2x2x3

8=2x2x2

3=3

lcm = 2x2x2x3 = 24

side of cube = 24

volume of cube to be formed = 24x24x24

volume of cuboid                    = 12x8x3

number of cuboids will be needed = 24x24x24/[12x8x3 ]

                                                           =2x3x8

                                                            = 48
