There are two answers of this question.

The answer of this question is in it's first line.

It is clearly mentioned in the question that - "Ravi's mother has three children."

So, there is no doubt that the name of the third child is Ravi.

Also if we read question, we found that name of one child is April, name of second child is May.

April and May are the names of Month. If we continue, we find that March comes after June.

So, let's hit up!

So basically as I'm not that smart kid so of course if I was able to solve this riddle I'm sure you all gonna rock it quite well! But still as I wanna earn some points let me give you the solution xD!

So, the question itself has the answer to the riddle. And I guess this riddle was created for the people with defect of vision myopia. xD And you know the best part of this riddle? We get the answer when we start reading the riddle.

Ravi's mother has three sons.

1st Son = April

2nd Son = May

And as April and May are sons of Ravi's mother. So the third one will be Ravi because the question begins with "Ravi's mother.... "

So obviously Ravi the third son.

Now, there can be another answer too to this question. But most preferably the answer which I explained above is considered. But still let me give the other answer too.

1st Son = April

2nd Son = May

So, if we observe the pattern we conclude that the names of the son are the names of the month appearing from April in a calendar year.

So considering this pattern we can also say that the name of third son is June.
