let Ravi had rs 100 initially
money left after spending on food= rs 60
money spent on clothes= 25%of 60= rs 15
leftover after spending on clothes= rs 45 (equation 1)
miscellaneous expenditure= 35% of 45=rs 15.75
leftover amount= rs 45-15.75= rs 29.25
so 29.25% can be equated to rs 58500
1% can be equated to rs 58500/29.25=rs 2000
100% can be equated to rs 200000
from equation 1,
%age of money spent on food and clothes= 100-45= 55%
total money spent on food and clothes= 55% of 200000= rs110000
