Therefore R = R1+R2+R3. When we connect the resistos in parallel, the same voltage is accross the 3 circutes and the sum of all current

Now, Given

R1 = R2 = R3 = R

Now, case 1 :-

R2 and R3 are in parallel.

Therefore,

1/Rp = 1/R2 + 1/R3

-» 1/Rp = 1/R + 1/R

-» 1/Rp = 2/R

-» Rp = R/2

Case 2 :-

Now, Rp and R1 Are in series,

Therefore,

Rs = Rp + R1

-» Rs = R/2 + R

-» Rs = R+2R/2

-» Rs = 3R/2

Therefore, resultant resistance is {\dfrac{3R}{2}}
