Volume of cuboid=l*b*h
=12*8*3
=288 cm^3
Now we will do prime factorisation
(To get the number to multiply 288 to make it a cube)
We get the prime factors as 2,2,2,2,2,3,3
We have to get triplets of prime factors. So we will multiply the remaining numbers that are required to form the triplet.
2 has one triplet but to complete the second triplet we have to get one more 2 and to complete triplet of 3 we have to get one more 3.
So multiply remaining numbers=2*3
=6
Therefore we need 6 cuboids as this one to form a cube.
