Your basically want to ask the condition for every real number x, x²≥x.
so the statement goes this way,
∀ x ∈ (-∞,0) ∪ (1.∞), x²≥x
This means for all x belonging in the interval (-∞,0) and (1,∞), x²≥x that means this statement doesn't hold only when x lies in the interval (0,1).
