Read and answer the following.
When a body moves with constant velocity, i.e. its motion is uniform, then its velocity does not change with
time.
In uniform accelerated motion, the velocity changes by equal amount in equal intervals of time while in non
uniform accelerated motion, the velocity of a body varies non-uniformly with time.
(i) The velocity-time graph of a body is shown below. The displacement of the body in first 10 sec
a) 40 m
b) 60 m
c) 75 m
d) 150 m

Answer:

That is when a body moves in a circular path, the direction of speed is not the same at any two points. And when there is a change in the direction of speed of the body, its velocity is not uniform. Therefore, circular motion is accelerated even though the speed of the body remains constant.
