(a) Is polite. This sentence is formal and hence show politeness. Usually, long sentences are polite. If she had said Yes I will give your message, it would be somewhat impolite.
(b) is impolite. Instead of saying I don't know, the receptionist should have said "Sorry for inconvenience but I don't know".
(C) is polite. Again, the sentence is formal. Since she used "I am sorry", the sentence became polite. If she had said, No Mr. Ramchandra is not in his room, then it would be impolite.
(d) Is informal and hence impolite for a receptionist. She should have asked :-
"Pardon me, but are you Nitish Puri?"
