She was afraid because she had seen a nightmare in which she saw Caesar’s statue spouting blood from hundred pores and lust Romans bathing their hands in it. She had also seen many ill omens signifying danger to Caesar’s life. So, she was afraid

He decided to go to Capitol and attend to the proceedings of the Senate.

It means agreed to Calpurnia’s desire of keeping Caesar at home.
