Those who prepare green wars, wars with gas, wars with fire,
victory with no survivors, would put on clean clothes
and walk about with their brothers in the shade, doing nothing.

The correct answers are -

a) In line 1, those are referred to the people who wage wars and cause destruction to humanity and life at large.

b) Green wars are the bio-wars that generally send in the infected viruses with air to the opponent zone causing the opponent to loose.

c) Victory with no survivors means that the victory that comes in after sacrificing all the men who were fighting. The war is won but there is no one alive to celebrate the victory.

d) The significance is described as a victory with no survivors which is a paradox been used here.
