1.The poet compares the daffodils to the stars in brightness as well as in numbers. Growing along the curve of the lake, the daffodils remind him of the stars that shine along the curve of the heavens. They seem to be as numerous and unending as the stars above.
2.In the poem “Daffodils” the flowers are compared to the galaxy Milky Way because in Milky way there are many stars shining brightly and twinkling in the sky. This is much similar to the daffodils shining brightly in the sunlight in golden brightly, fluttering and dancing as the the stars twinkle in the sky.
