The answers with respect to extract is as follows

A) Name of the poem is - The road not taken. Name of the poet is - Robert Frost.

B) 'Yellow wood' in the poem indicates the wood in autumn season. Wood refers to the forest. Yellow refers to yellow leaves that cover the path in autumn or fall season.

Thus, the meaning is that the in the forest, where yellow leaves were laid due to autumn season, the road diverged into two roads.

C) Poet could travel only one road at a time, thus he could not travel both the roads. He describes in next stanza about the roads. This refers to our life, where we have to take one decision out of the two choices.
