Zabt is the land revenue system framed during the Mughal period.
Normally, the Zabt system was prevalent where Mughal administration could survey the land as well as to keep careful accounts.
The Mughals called the middle-men zamindars or landlords as well as assigned to the task collecting taxes.
Each province mainly divided into revenue circles.
