JAMES: hey paul iam afraid you information seems to be misleading. we are still in GCQ PAUL: what do you mean? JAMES: Well i checked three news reports online all of them say metro manila is still under GCQ and not MGCQ PAUL: oh i did not know maybe i should be careful next time thank you

I think that they are employes of GCO and they are afraid that their company is loosing a big project about metro repairing and another company named MGCO is getting it . But they was in relief after hearing the news that their company will not loose that project.
