Aggressive driving has become a topic of concern over the last few decades, and for good reason. if we analysis the matter seriously we would find that mostly young generation are facing this problem. they have no thought of life. if only become more calm and think of the outcome of the road rage, they might change their behavior.

Psychologists are studying what makes some people more prone to road rage and how to keep them from becoming a danger on the road. Environmental factors such as crowded roads can boost anger behind the wheel.

A combination of cognitive and relaxation techniques have shown promise for reducing road rage among high-anger drivers.
