Robert Bruce was the king of Scotland. He fought seventeen battles against the British to free his country. But
he was defeated every time. Once he ran away to save his life and hid himself in a cave. There he saw a small
spider. It had fallen from its cobweb. It was trying to reach there but fell down again. The king began to look at
it. The spider tried to climb up for nine times but failed every time. After nineth attempt the king was sure that
the spider would try no more. But the spider was ready to climb up for the 10th time. This time it succeeded in
its aim. This encouraged the king. He gathered his scattered forces and attacked the enemy with a new zeal.
This time he succeeded in driving the English out of his country,
