Once upon a time , an elephant reached sixty years of age . He become the leader elephant . A

mother quail laid her eggs in the feeding ground of the elephants. The little quails started breaking

their shells to come out . But before they developed their wings to go for their first flight . elephant

come to the spot . Fearing for her young once , the mother quail went to the leader elephant and

requested him to protect her children . The leader elephant stood over them as a guard and all the

elephant passed by . But a wicked elephant did not obey his command . He placed his foot on them

and crushed them to death . The mother quail sat on a tree and thought power should be used to

protect the weak. Power should not be misused.’ a
