REAL DEMOCRACY IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT UNIVERSAL ADULT FRANCISE AS DEMOCRACY MEANS BY THE PEOPLE OF THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE . SO , IF THE CITIZENS ONLY WILL NOT CAST A VOTE THEN IT IS NOT A REAL DEMOCRACY
