because it reduces the use of chemical fertilizers for example we grow a plant which uses a lot amount of nitrogen then the content of nitrogen in the soil will be decreased and in crop rotation we will cultivate a tree with nitrogen fixing bacteria in their root then the nitrogen content of the soil will be increased whithout usin chemical fertilizer
