Reasons behind the variation in sunrise and sunset for Ahmedabad and Imphal

Imphal is towards the Eastern end of India whereas Ahemdabad is the western end.There is a longitudinal difference of almost 30 degrees.So the sun rises two hours earlier in Imphal as compared to Ahemdabad.
