recall an instance where you have suffered because of the misdeeds of others?

Back when I was in 6th grade, a guy in front of me did some mischief... and the teacher mistook ME for that guy and punished me...

Now I wasn't of the mischief-boy type, and I was really timid, so I  was confused for a while....then the teacher realized that she punished the wrong guy and apologized to me...

SO MUCH FOR THE MISCHIEF HE DID......

I can't recall the incidents correctly because it happened a LONG time ago...
