Here, first we have to take some requirements to make this circuit. Take two LEDs or one electric bulb or one electric lamp, some wires of measurement of 20 cm maximum and take a cell or electric source. Here, you have an electric source where you want to check whether the electric current passes or not. Now, according to the procedure you have to design the circuit. First take a wire cutter and cut the wire using wire cutter. Then connect the electric bulb or LEDs in the wire. And take the two end of wire and put these two end of the wire in the circuit or electric source where you want to check whether the electric current is flowing or not.

When electric current flows through the electric source, then bulb will glow bright. Otherwise if the electric current does not flow from the electric source, then the bulb will not glow because of not flowing of electric current or electricity.
