RED BLOOD CELL : The Red blood cell is also known as 'RBCs'. This RBC is made up of bone marrow. RBC contains a protein ( made up of ) Hemoglobin, The function of of red blood cell is to transfer oxygen from lungs into the cells. The deficiency of red blood cell in human being can cause a disease named "Anemia" which is also known as ('AIHA') The another name of red blood cell is ' Erythrocytes ' .

Platelets : The Platelets are the colourless substance present in in our body. The function of platelets is to clot the blood. Example as if anyone is injured then the blood is coming out if the blood is not being clotted then the person have a deficiency of platelets in his or her body and if clot then the person's don't have the deficiency of platelets in his or her body . The platelet is also made up of bone marrow. It's sticky and colour substance that is present in our body used to clot the blood when we are injured. If the person having the efficiency of the platelets the person should refer the food items of Vitamin A , Vitamin B-12 , Iron , Vitamin C, etc.
