reduction potential of Cu is 0.34V. predict whether it will liberate H2 gas or not on reacting with H2SO4 solution..Justify

Yes, it will react because H2SO4 is a good oxidising agent

In Question, Reduction potential is going from Copper (+2) to 0 .
But, In Question, Reaction is just opposite to that.
Reduction Potential :
Cu(2+) + 2e-------> Cu
E(reaction) = 0.34. (given)
But according to reaction which happens with sulphuric acid it is this -->
It is Cu ----->Cu(2+) +2e-
E = -0.34 V.
Here, EMF is negative, So Hydrogen gas will not be released.
