Let number of days be "M".

Reena make a doll in 6 days.

Doll made by Reena in 1 day = \frac{1}{6}

On the other hand Meena and Kavya made a doll in 10 and 15 days.

So in 1 day, doll made by Meena and Kavya is \frac{1}{10} and \frac{1}{15}

Work done by Reena and Meena together yo make a doll in 1 day = \frac{1M}{6} + \frac{1M}{10}

\dfrac{5M\:+\:3M}{30}

\dfrac{8M}{30}

\dfrac{4M}{15}

In 1 day both Reena and Meena make \dfrac{4}{15} of the doll part.

Here.. M = 3

So, In 3 days = \dfrac{4}{15}\:\times\:3

\dfrac{4}{5}

\frac{4}{5} part of the doll complete in 3 days.

Now, remaining part = 1\:-\:\dfrac{4}{5}

\dfrac{5\:-\:4}{5}

\dfrac{1}{5}

Now,

Work done by both Meena and kavya to make a doll in 1 day to complete the remaining part of the doll = \frac{1M}{10} + \frac{1M}{15}

\dfrac{3M\:+\:2M}{30} = \dfrac{1}{5}

\dfrac{5M}{30} = \dfrac{1}{5}

\dfrac{1M}{6} = \dfrac{1}{5}

M\:=\:\dfrac{6}{5}

M\:=\:1.2\:days

Meena and Kavya together finish the work in 1.2 days.
