Answer:

2 days

Step-by-step explanation:

Reena can make a doll in 6 days

She can complete a part of work in 1 day = \frac{1}{6}

Meena  can make a doll in 10 days

She can complete a part of work in 1 day = \frac{1}{10}

Kavya can make a doll in 15 days

She can complete a part of work in 1 day = \frac{1}{15}

Reena and Meena work for 3 days

Reena and Meena together can do part of work in 1 day = \frac{1}{6}+\frac{1}{10}

                                                                                            = \frac{8}{30}

Reena and Meena together can do part of work in 3 days = \frac{8}{30} \times 3

                                                                                          = \frac{8}{10}

So, Part of work remaining = 1-\frac{8}{10}=\frac{2}{10}

Meena and Kavya together can do part of work in 1 day = \frac{1}{10}+\frac{1}{15}=\frac{5}{30}

Meena and Kavya together can do \frac{5}{30} of work in days = 1

Meena and Kavya together can do complete work in days =  \frac{1}{\frac{5}{30}} =6

Meena and Kavya together can do \frac{2}{10} of work in days=  6 \times \frac{2}{10}=\frac{12}{10} =1.2

Thus it will take approximately two days for Meena and kavya to finish the work.
