reflex action happens without the involvement of brain,then how the information will process?

Reflex action is controlled by the spinal cord and it is the main part of the spinal nervous system .... the spinal cord is connected with foramen magnum ( a part of medulla oblongta ) the path of Reflex action is as follows - Receptor ... sensory nerves ... spinal cord ... association nerves ... motor nerves ... effector
Note that there are two parts of nervous system Cranial ( connected to brain ) and Spinal ( connected with the Spinal cord ) So when we touch a hot vessel we remove our hand on the order of Spinal cord ..
