Regarding ABO blood group, if one parent is homozygous and other is heterozygous, what are the chances their child will have O blood group?

If one parent is homozygous let suppose father has blood group l^A I^A and mother has blood group I^A I^O then its chance is 0% to have O blood group but if father has I^O I^O then 50% chance
