Regarding the sequence of cell cycle, G₁, S, G₂ and M is correct.

* The eukaryotic cell cycle has four phases- G₁, S, G₂ and M, out of which the G1, S and G2 phases are together considered to be the interphase.

The M phase involves mitosis and cytokinesis.

* The M phase includes the following sub-phases:

Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase, Telophase and Cytokinesis.

* Karkyokinesis( divsion of nucleus) follows cytokinesis( division of cytoplasm).
