The region between Artic circle and 'Tropic of cancer' is the 'North Temperate Zone'.

EXPLANATION:

Its southern companion is Southern Temperate Zone which lies between Tropic of Cancer and Antarctic Circle. As the name suggests the climate in these areas is temperate and it is the most preferable area by human to live. One can experience the four seasons in a year in this area but one particular season lasts for half a year.
