Relation between lathyrism and food adulteration

Lathyrism is neurological disease caused by eating certain legumes of genus lathyrus. This problem is mainly associated with Lathyrus sativus ,also known as almorta. But food adulteration is all something about mixing of some substances in a product . This is the main difference between lathyrism and food adulteration.
