The electrical conductivity of any solid conductor depends on it's various physical characteristics.
Frequency is one of the most important physical characteristics which decides the amount of the electrical conductivity.
The good metal conductors of electricity have a good amount frequency running through it's conducting surface while electricity is passing through it.
