The centripetal force will be Fc = mv^2/r will decrease with kinetic energy K = ½ mv^2 of the circulating object decreasing either v or m as per mathematical calculations.

However, if the circulating object Kinetic energy changes its orbit but not the force of centripetal force in it then it will be the same.

The centripetal force depends on the distance. Hence, if the kinetic energy varies then it can indirectly change the force as well.
